Omar El-Shenety has more than 15 years experience in investment banking, consulting and research.

El-Shenety was the founder and managing director of Multiples Group, which used to operate in MENA region, where he headed the investment banking practice of the group. In 2020, Zilla Capital acquired the operations of Multiples Group, bringing together some of the most seasoned bankers in the region.

El-Shenety has been the founder of Quick-Wins Strategic Advisory, a Dubai based strategy consulting firm. Before that, El-Shenety worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a financial analyst at Henkel.

Academically, El-Shenety holds a Global Executive MBA in Strategy and Finance from Columbia Business School and London Business School. He also holds a Master of Laws – LLM in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London. Besides, El-Shenety holds a Bachelor degree in economics from the American University in Cairo with a minor in Business.

In addition, El-Shenety works as an adjunct faculty at the American University in Cairo and at the University of London at AAST in Cairo.
