BERMA Accountants is a firm of Certified Public Accountants and financial advisors registered in 2011 and domiciled in Kenya. The firm provides project finance, corporate finance, and capital raising advisory services which include project structuring and packaging, developing project documentation. BERMA also identifies strategic equity and technical partners and negotiates financing structures between the clients and preferred investors/financiers.   They conduct audit and assurance services in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), The Kenyan Companies Act, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additionally, They provide forensic audit services in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), specifically ISRE’s and ISRS as well as client’s terms of reference (TOR) regarding the purpose of the specific forensic audit assignments.   BERMA also provides Tax Advisory Services which involves advising clients on tax compliance matters, tax planning, and tax dispute resolutions between clients and tax authorities.   Finally BERMA carries out bookkeeping and business support services through its experienced staff in day-to-day bookkeeping, working with various cloud accounting systems and applications.
