- Al-Hokail Academy issues prospectus to float 2.03M shares on Nomu.
Al-Hokail Academy Specialized Digital Polyclinics Co. issued on Saturday, June 29, its prospectus to float 2.03 mn shares on Nomu-Parallel Market. The offered shares represent 29% of, which amounts to SAR 70 mn. In March, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company's application to float its shares on Nomu. The offering will run from July 17-21, 2024.The targeted participants are retail and non-retail qualified investors. A total of 203,000 shares maximum, representing 10% of the total IPO shares, will be allocated to qualified retail investors, while 2.03 mn shares, or 100% of the total IPO shares will be allocated to non-retail qualified investors (Argaam)
- Saudi Aramco acquires 10% stake in Horse Powertrain.
Saudi Aramco, through a wholly owned subsidiary, signed definitive agreements to acquire a 10% equity interest in HORSE Powertrain Ltd, the new global powertrain solutions company, alongside Renault Group, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd., The oil giant said it will buy a 10% equity in HORSE Powertrain, while Renault and Geely will equally retain 45% each. The price to be paid by Aramco at closing, which is subject to customary closing conditions including the receipt of regulatory approvals, will be based on a EUR 7.4 Bn enterprise valuation. (Argaam)

The economic ties between Saudi Arabia and China are growing stronger, with China being the world’s second-largest economy and one of the largest consumer and manufacturing markets. China is the primary destination for 15 per cent of Saudi exports, showcasing the profound economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Over the past five years (2019 – 2023), the value of Saudi non-oil exports to China has exceeded SAR 176 bn (USD 47 bn), with significant contributions from the chemicals and polymers sector, followed by the metals sector. Saudi Ceramics announced that all the work related to the new porcelain tiles line has been completed, and the trial and commercial production will start in Jul 2024. Canada-based NextSource Materials is looking at Saudi as the potential home for a new battery anode plant. The Toronto-listed company is screening interested investors for its proposed USD 280 mn facility in Saudi as well as other plants at which it would also make anodes for lithium-ion batteries. - Fourth Milling Co. receives CMA approval to IPO on Tadawul.
The Fourth Milling Company (MC4) has been cleared by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to offer a 30% stake (or about 162 mn shares) on Tadawul, the market regulator said That the CMA provided no further details other than its standard note that the company’s prospectus would be published “within sufficient time prior to the start of the subscription period.”. Saudi communications minister meets White House officials to boost space and digital tech collaboration
Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology (IT) Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawah met with White House officials to enhance and expand the strategic partnership between the two countries and stimulate innovation in the Kingdom’s space industry.
Al-Sawah met with Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology Anne Neuberger to discuss enhancing partnerships in fifth- and sixth-generation technologies and ORAN RAN technologies. The minister also met with Special Presidential Coordinator for Global Infrastructure and Energy Security Amos Hochstein and National Security Council Middle East and North Africa Coordinator Brett McGurk to discuss cooperation in the digital economy and innovation.
At a separate meeting with Chirag Parikh, the Executive Secretary of the White House National Space Council, Al-Sawah discussed joint investments in space economies and technologies and developing national talents.
Saudi and UK discuss sport investments as sector tipped to hit USD 23 bn in Kingdom
Investors from Saudi Arabia and UK look to opportunities for growth as the Kingdom’s sports sector targets as a market size of USD 23 bn.
The UK-Saudi Sports Investment and Innovation Forum was held in London this week with the participation of the Ministries of Investment and Sports, Saudi and British investors, and senior officials in the sports sector from the two countries.
The forum was held on the sidelines of the UK-Saudi Sustainable Infrastructure Summit, and was organized by the Federation of Saudi Chambers, represented by the Saudi British Joint Business Council.

أصدرت شركة أكاديمية الحقيل للعيادات الرقمية المتخصصة، اليوم السبت 29 يونيو، نشرة الإصدار الخاصة بطرح 2.03 مليون سهم في سوق نمو الموازية. وتمثل الأسهم المطروحة ما نسبته 29% مما يعادل 70 مليون ريال سعودي. وفي مارس، وافقت هيئة السوق المالية على طلب الشركة لطرح أسهمها في نمو. وسيستمر الطرح في الفترة من 17 إلى 21 يوليو 2024. والمشاركين المستهدفون هم المستثمرون المؤهلون من الأفراد وغير الأفراد. سيتم تخصيص إجمالي 203.000 سهم كحد أقصى، تمثل 10% من إجمالي أسهم الطرح العام الأولي، للمستثمرين الأفراد المؤهلين، في حين سيتم تخصيص 2.03 مليون سهم، أو 100% من إجمالي أسهم الطرح العام الأولي، للمستثمرين المؤهلين من غير الأفراد (أرقام).
