His mandate covers advisory and execution across securitizations, sukuk, corporate bonds, and diverse financing facilities, supporting corporates and financial institutions in optimizing their capital structures. With over 15 years of experience in Egypt’s banking and capital markets, Mahmoud brings a strong blend of structuring expertise and execution leadership.
Before joining Zilla Capital, he worked at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and the Commercial International Bank (CIB), gaining extensive exposure in debt capital markets, syndications, and corporate finance.
Since 2020, he has executed over 34 transactions exceeding EGP 100 billion in aggregate value.

Mohamed Rady is an Investment Banking Assistant Vice President at Zilla Capital, with extensive experience advising on both sell-side and buy-side M&A, debt, and capital-raising transactions across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, education, food and beverage, FMCG, industrials, petrochemicals, logistics, business process outsourcing, and renewable energy.
Since joining Zilla Capital in 2020, he has executed multiple landmark transactions, including the majority stake sale of Mabaret Al Asafra Hospitals by Tana Africa, the minority stake acquisitions of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals by Admaius Capital Partners and The British University in Egypt by AfricInvest, as well as several debt financings across key sectors. Prior to Zilla Capital, Mohamed was an Analyst at Catalyst Partners, where he worked on both buy-side and sell-side mandates in the automotive, agribusiness, and FMCG sectors, developing comprehensive valuation models, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the successful execution of capital-raising and debt advisory transactions
