Dr Ziad Ahmed Bahaa-Eldin is an Egyptian Lawyer and expert on financial law, investment and company laws, governance, compliance and economic legislation.
He is currently the managing partner of Bahaa-Eldin Law Office in Cooperation with BonelliErede, and the managing partner of Thebes Consultancy.
He is a non-executive member on several company boards of directors including HSBC Bank Egypt, the National Bank of Egypt UK, Arabian Cement Company, Emaar Egypt, AXA Egypt, Allam Holding, MTI, Samcrete for Industrial Development, and Saray Capital (Dubai International Financial Centre).
He previously held several public positions including the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Development and Minister of International Cooperation (2013-2014), Member of Parliament representing South Assiut (2012), Chairman of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority “EFSA” (2009-2011) and the Chairman of the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones “GAFI” (2004-2007).

Khaled Gamal has around 25 years of Investment Banking experience with EFG Hermes.

Mohamed Amasha is a corporate and capital-markets lawyer with extensive expertise in Egypt’s non-banking financial services sector.
He has significant hands-on experience dealing with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), leading regulatory compliance, licensing, and market-governance matters for multiple financial institutions.
He has overseen the legal affairs of major companies in leasing, factoring, and finance, advising on complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring full adherence to FRA requirements.
Mohamed has successfully represented clients before FRA, GAFI, and other governmental bodies, managing corporate structuring, entity establishment—both onshore and offshore—and regulatory submissions with precision.
His background includes drafting sophisticated legal studies, negotiating high-value commercial and financial agreements, and managing legal departments within regulated entities.
With over a decade of deep experience in Egyptian laws and market-regulation environments, Mohamed brings a strong blend of technical legal acumen and practical industry insight to the financial services sector.

Steven Al Akoury has over five years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) across the Gulf region, Lebanon, and Switzerland.
He has worked extensively with leading financial institutions under the regulatory frameworks of DIFC, QFCRA, FSRA, FINMA, and SIC.
Steven has led the development and implementation of compliance programs, managed AML/CFT and Anti-Bribery & Corruption frameworks and liaised with regional and international regulators to ensure adherence to evolving financial crime requirements.
He currently serves as the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Zilla Capital.
Steven holds an MBA from the Arts, Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), with additional certifications from CISI – QFC Rules & Regulations

Khaled Gamal, co-founder, and Managing Partner of Zilla Capital.
Khaled Gamal has around 20 years of Investment Banking experience with EFG Hermes.
Gamal was a member of EFG Hermes Holding Executive Committee, where he acted as the CEO of EFG Hermes in Saudi Arabia & the GCC region when he was responsible to develop EFG’s operations across all business lines, and established EFG Hermes as a regional powerhouse.
Gamal also served as EFG Hermes Chief Business Development Officer, allowing him to use his technical and executive experience, as well as his extensive network, to identify potential strategic partnerships, expand core product lines, and penetrate new markets.
Prior to that, Gamal served as Managing Director in EFG Hermes investment banking division where he led several landmark equity and M&A transactions advising local, regional, and multinational investors on their investment strategy in Egypt and the MENA Region with a total value of transactions exceeding USD 20 bn.
Khaled holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.

Moustafa El Shenety has 20 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, & private equity in the Middle East; he has worked on advising and managing investment portfolios in various sectors (services, financial institutions, hospitality, retail, healthcare, real estate, and construction).
Moustafa co-founded Multiples Group in 2010, the regional boutique investment bank, out of the DIFC, Dubai with office in Cairo.
He now serves at Zilla Capital as the head of the Investment Banking practice where he has advised successfully on equity and debt transactions summing up to approximately 3Bn USD.
He is also acting as an active member of the executive committee participating in directing the company’s growth and strategy.
Besides Zilla Capital, Moustafa sits on few advisory boards in the Financial Institution, Real Estate, Strategy Consulting and Healthcare sectors.
Moustafa is an engineer who earned a bachelor’s degree in Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Alexandria University.

Amr Elgamal is a senior business and financial performance advisor with over 30 years of executive and advisory experience across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the Middle East, supporting organizations in strategic performance management, commercial growth, and financially driven decision-making.
He is currently the KSA Partner at WinnersWings (since 2016), leading high-impact advisory engagements with organizations such as ROSHN, El-Nahdi Pharmacies, Extra Stores, Magrabi Optics, JEDCO, SAMACO, SANS, Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), SIMA, LG, Jabal Omar, Emaar, Danone, Savola Group, and Bayer.
